可申請情況

  • 收到貨品 48 小時內,如發現嚴重破損、錯貨或缺件,請立即拍照留證並與我們聯絡。
  • 須保持商品未使用、包裝完整(含贈品/配件/標籤)。

不接受退換

  • 非質量問題(例如個人口味/顏色/大小偏好)。
  • 食品、營養補充品等因衛生考量,一經開封恕不退換。
  • 超過時限或無法提供完整證明/收據。

申請流程

請透過 WhatsApp 或電郵提供:訂單號、問題描述與清晰照片。我們確認後會安排補發、退貨或退款。退款一般按原路退回,時間以第三方處理為準。

運費

如屬本店責任(如錯貨/破損),退換所產生之運費由我們承擔;其他情況恕難承擔運費。

How to Request

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, description, and clear photos. After verification, we will arrange reshipment, return, or refund. Refunds are typically made to the original payment method and depend on third-party processing time.

Shipping Fees

If the issue is on our side (e.g., wrong item/damage), we cover the shipping cost; otherwise, shipping is not covered.
