現貨產品將盡快出貨，並由本地第三方物流（如順豐）派送，或按本店與客人約定的交收方式進行。預購產品通常需約 2–3 週由海外寄抵香港，再由本地第三方物流派送或依約定方式交收。送貨時間可能因天氣、交通、假期或智能櫃容量等因素延誤。我們會協助跟進，但不承擔因延誤造成的任何損失。

We currently accept orders via WhatsApp only. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting. Once we receive your WhatsApp order message, our team will reply and confirm your order within 24 hours, so please check your WhatsApp for our confirmation message.

Shipping

In-stock items will be dispatched promptly and delivered via local third-party couriers (e.g., SF Express), or according to the delivery method agreed with the customer. Pre-order items usually take around 2–3 weeks to arrive from overseas before local delivery or handover as agreed. Delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic, holidays, or locker capacity. We will assist with follow-up but are not responsible for any loss caused by such delays.
